As an accomplished Instructional Designer with a 10-year tenure, I've spent my career blending my passion for education with multimedia design to create engaging learning experiences. My M.Ed in eLearning and Instructional Design, coupled with my understanding of adult learning theories, has equipped me with the knowledge to develop effective learning materials for diverse audiences.
My experience spans across industries, from healthcare and legal services to tech startups. I've successfully served in leadership roles, overseeing teams of designers, tech writers, and LMS admins, and managed projects end-to-end. I've gained recognition for my adeptness at building rapport across diverse stakeholder groups at all levels.
In my freelance work and role as Senior Instructional Designer, I've had the privilege to work with global clients like Pfizer, MongoDB, and UnitedLex. In these collaborations, I've specialized in designing eLearning experiences for corporate clients, handling everything from human resources compliance to leadership and professional development.
As the co-owner of a women-owned and LGBTQ-owned multimedia agency, I am proud of our recognition by various Chamber of Commerce organizations, including the US Women's CC and the NGLCC. We continue to drive impactful changes in corporate training and education.
My tool-kit includes expert proficiency in Storyline 360/Rise, the Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe PremierePro, AfterEffects, and Vyond, etc. Whether it's creating videos, animations, or eLearning courses, my unique blend of skills enables me to deliver meaningful and impactful learning experiences.
